Becky and Kobi were the most amazing, supportive and reliable super team in helping me as a first time home buyer. They walked me through each step with clear and prompt communication. I felt they were always there for me when I had a question or concern. I highly recommend Preffered Residential!!

Total Nightmare! When I moved out I left the place spotless and even had witnesses given I expected trouble from this company. Not only did they try and charge me $375 for move out clean, they didn't even alert me to this for Months after I moved out. It is required by law for the landlord to alert the tenant within a few days of vacating so the tenant has a chance to remedy...this did not happen! My grievance began shortly after move in, at first glance the place looked fine but I soon discovered many neglected issues. The furnace filter had not been changed in years, the HVAC guy told me it was the worst he had seen in his entire career. Yard care included was stated in the lease but was totally misrepresented.
