Very disappointed. The apartment is beautiful but the up-keeping is terrible! When we first moved in we only received one key and that was to the apartment. Not once did they mention the building door would be locked. Move in day I had to wait for a tenant to walk out the building in order to move in because I couldn’t get in contact with anyone. Now I haven’t had hot water in 2 days. I can’t shower but they’ll be expecting the rent on the first? This issue with the hot water has been happening since I moved in. It was originally just the kitchen sink, now it’s my tub. The tub issue has been going for almost a month now. Supposedly people are supposed to come and fix it and they never do. I still need a new lock for my back door which was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago, still haven’t

Absolute disgrace to even slumlords they list rentals slightly below market value but with how cheap and incompetent they are they should be listing them for 1/3 of the market value at most the only reason the avg rating isn't lower is because the property owners and their money are the priority, the horrid experience with these guys started even before I signed the lease the head slumlord at the office Sean told me how I wasted his time by having to drive all the way home to get my checkbook when the money gram was out of order at the drugstore and when I moved in there were 2 stoves in my apartment, neither of which were hooked up it was definitely a rugpull when you compare it to the openhouse and the fridge didn't work either and I have medicine that needs to be refrigerated or I could

Horrible business. The literally definition of slumlords. The guy with the weight problem, Sean mcglone, has a problem with being a man also. Wants to yell and threaten his tenants then run away when they want to talk face to face. Winter 2024 our whole apartment building went with no heat. Code enforcement and health department are very aware of the slumlord

Worst place I’ve rented. Didnt clean the very messy property had extensive water damage in the building, despite being a large, rich corporation. Felt instantly betrayed by their workers especially Heriberto and Luis, was so bad i had to sue. Worst experience of my life. As i was leaving i saw another neighbor go through the same issue of not cleaning it out their new unit as well. DO NOT RENT HERE. Better to move back in with a parent half way around the country than to rent here.

Wow. Aaron did an amazing job for us and our landscaping/design needs. The price, the service and his communication was fantastic. He even did more work on the house then he quoted us for. Took other property service managers forever to respond - I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND PRECISION PROPERTY SERVICES.
