Avoid this appraiser. While his quote came in lower than others, it ended up costing me far more in the long run. He clearly did not understand the construction plans and appraised our project at $400K below what three separate contractor quotes supported. This led to major issues with the bank, delayed the project, and forced me to pay for a second appraisal—adding unnecessary time and expense. I would not recommend using his services for any construction-related appraisal.
