They were reliable, honest, and helpful during the leasing of my three-bedroom two-bath home in college station and very helpful doing more than what they needed to when it came time to sell that property. With me being out of town they definitely did more than what is expected from a property manager and realtor which saved me from traveling back and forth. Thank all at Precision!

This has been one of the most unpleasant rental properties I have worked with. I rented from them for two years and upon move-in my apartment was nasty, hair all over the ground, earrings from previous tenants by the window, oil and grease covering the kitchen walls and exhaust area. And when I asked for it to be cleaned after my move in I was told that it was not dirty, I was wrong, and that it had been professionally cleaned. My lease stated that I needed to leave it the way I found it upon move out however I was charged almost $500 for professional cleaning even though I cleaned it and it looked 100x better than when I moved in. Additionally, upon move-in one of the burners on my stovetop was broken, but I was not told this until the service person came to fix it three days after my mov

My wife and I rented through Precision for 2 years. They were quick to make repairs and we enjoyed our time in our rental. The neighbors were great and became an extended family.
