Was living in 8A. Absolutely terrible living experience, apartments are sinking on the right side of the complex, gaps between floor and kitchen counters, constant ant/spiders and other insects in the apartments. It will take forever for the property manager to fix anything, if it does ever get fixed. Place was infested with rodents since last time I was there and was not resolved after I left. Will do anything he can to keep money in his pockets instead of fixing up the place. Another issue is him returning the security deposit, he will make a big issue about it. Terrible investment location as well.
