About two years ago my husband and I chose East Coast Dormer to renovate our home in Nassau County. From the moment we met Scott and Sebastian we knew that we were in exceptional and very experienced hands! From start to finish, working with Scott, Sebastian and their crew was a wonderful experience. They were professional, knowledgeable and kind. It was amazing to watch the build… it was like a well oiled machine! The dedicated crew even completed our home (a completely new, modular second floor and renovations to the existing first floor) within the time frame promised… Oh and we also stayed within our budget! I have been working with Scott from East Coast Dormers for about a month or two. The process started with purchasing land and I was so pleased to see how involved he was. From walking the lot with us, to meeting with the conservation district to secure permits. Within a short time he created the site plan to submit to the town and drafted a floor plan for the house we discussed. His guidance has been making this process such a positive experience. Knowing we have someone in our corner with the knowledge and experience to bring us through from beginning to end is so comforting. We are so happy that we chose East Coast Dormer for our renovation project! They turned our average cape into a beautiful colonial, and we never even had to move out for a single night during the entire process! Using East Coast is a wonderful timesaver and everything can be customized to your liking. There are not enough good things I could say about East Coaster Dormer. I initially started thinking about a second story addition during the pandemic and was going with the traditional stick build until I saw East Coast Dormer install a second story on my neighbor’s house. Once I saw how quickly their house was completed, without having to move out, I knew modular and ECD were the way to go. Scott and Sebastian and their entire team are absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond for me every step of the way. They expertly helped me navigate any issues that arose with the town and removing the solar panels. Scott was at the house daily checking to ensure everything went smoothly. Scott also recommended the most amazing handyman, Job, to paint and help any other work I need around

We did a full 2nd story modular addition with Scott and his team back in 2005. We put in 3 bedrooms (a master bedroom suite) , 2 full bathrooms (including the one in the master bedroom) , a laundry area and nice closets. It was the best decision we ever made. Scott and his team were very professional, they worked with us on design, they were able to make our vision come true. It was certainly a lot faster than any other contractor coming in to stick build our addition, it was better and sturdier built, it was less hassle and best of all we had full use of the space in 39 days.
