Future renters Beware: the office does not communicate with you and if they decide they don't like you they will willingly force you out or try to illegally evict you. They have and will change rules without notifying tenants prior to the rule change. They will also try to change rules mid-lease even though they legally can't do that and have no legal grounds to enforce it. We lived there for 2 years and had almost no serious problems. When it came time to renew my lease for the 3rd year we started having problems with management. They illegally withheld my lease, I had to ask for it. And when I finally got it it was a $425 rent raise. The office was nasty to me and my partner the whole way.
