PRC Property Management Company, LLC

Very shady people, I have a lease with them at campus town at TCNJ and found a local college student to take over the lease. They said they could not transfer ownership due to the agreement with the school regarding non-tcnj students. I called the TCNJ residential office whom told me despite the agreement since PRC owns the property it's up to them to make the final call regarding this. I then told them this and spoke to to Ms. Licardi and Mr. Madrid within a few minutes Mr. Madrid went from saying it's not allowed to "we only make that exception when there's excess vacancies". They said they spoke to someone ""very high up" at TCNJ that confirmed they could not allow a non-tcnj student to stay in campus town, when I asked who this was they would not tell me because they "didn't want me to

Most unprofessional HOA company around, never have i seen more unresponsive staff on the phone. If your property uses PRC don't be surprised and if your getting them for your own property DON'T.

I find it very rare unfortunately to find good customer service nowadays - but I have to say I have rented many places before in my life - I have even worked in the field and by far Sara James was the best property manager I have ever come across. Considering all that was going on out of her control, and PRC for that matter, she handled every situation with complete professionalism and always have her all and a smile.

Is it common practice to evict 69 year old people who have lived at your property for 15 years and are suddenly stricken by cancer? We could have worked out a payment plan but you obviously only care about money, not about real people going through a brutal struggle.

PRC is a great management company. Everyone there is very responsive and efficient. I want to especially single out Jill DeMarco as she is awesome!! I had a very serious problem with the people below me making noise late at night and disrupting my sleep for months! I finally called PRC and asked for Jill (I had her name from last year when she helped me with something else). I only wish I had called sooner -- Jill told me she would handle the problem and get it resolved - and she did!!!! She was very kind and compassionate toward me. It has been very quiet here since she intervened and I don't feel the urgent need to move out of here like I did. PRC is lucky to have Jill!!
