Praxis Capital, Inc.

I'm a big fan on Praxis Capital as a real estate syndicator, and have an especial affinity for Brian Burke. I've read his book "The Hands-Off Investor," and basically use it as my syndicator investing handbook to inventory what to consider before investing in various deals. I feel like he's a straight shooter, has experienced a lot through the ups and downs, and has been kind enough to lend his ear and share his experience and knowledge many times, without any expectaction for what it will do for him. That seems like a rare thing to find nowadays in real estate, especially from syndicators. While I invest with many different sponsors, I'm probably most proud of the money I've put with Praxis, and sleep the best with my investment with them.
