I lived in this apartment for two years with my dog, my roommate, and her cat, and it truly felt like home. The community is welcoming, and the staff and maintenance team are genuinely caring, responsive, and attentive. The amenities are well-maintained, especially the saltwater pool, which was always clean and inviting. The landscaping is consistently cared for and adds to the charm of the complex. I also really appreciated the multiple dog waste stations, which made walking my dog around the property easy and convenient. Living on the top floor, I loved spending mornings on the balcony with a cup of coffee and a book, or watching storms roll in during the evenings—it was a peaceful and cozy space. Pralle Meadows has been my home for over a year now and I have nothing but compliments regarding this safe haven. The staff members are professional, kind and caring. They really have a heart for people and their well being. Maintenance crews are competent, quick to respond and respectful of my belongings. My neighbors are kind and friendly, the parking lot is safe and quiet. Actually the entire complex radiates peace and the grounds provide such a lovely walking area. My grandkids enjoy coming to Gram Gram's house for sleep overs and fun at the pool. Plus it's a lovely environment for hospitality and I appreciate that it's so clean and well maintained both inside and out. My son lives in these apartments for 2 years now. It is well maintained. Once had a disposal issue. No sooner was off the the phone, Scott was at the door. 30 mins later disposal issues was resolved.

The apartment is lovely. This is how my kitchen, living room and bedroom look with my furniture. Managers are very helpful as well! Sarah, Scott, Nancy and Matthew all do a great job.

I lived here for two years, had to move with extenuating circumstances, and then moved back for another two years! Although it no longer makes sense for me to live there, I loved my time at Pralle Meadows! The office staff and maintenance were ALL always super kind, helpful and friendly. Huge, huge shoutout to Sarah in the office for keeping the place running like a dream, and Scott from maintenance for being the best! Of all the places I’ve rented from, this has been my favorite. Whenever I hear anyone wanting to find an apartment in St. Charles, I always recommend this place.
