Landlord won’t help with resident needs. We’ve had our Ac broken for months now and haven’t gotten any closer to ours fixed. And this isn’t only our problem but an issue for others. He didn’t have someone come and fix our fridge. So we had to buy or own ac and use a mini fridge to keep things cold. After paying deposit, our room was still trashed and after days of not being able to move in, we’ve had to come in and clean it ourselves. Also every other resident has experienced this, where we would go moments of having no water, or hot water. Don’t expect much from this landlord, he might seem genuine with a smile, but he won’t help you.

Landlord Kelly is horrible, never answers the phone for emergencies or for maintenance. Horrible with keeping up with rent and very rude. Maintenance does not clean ever and the apartments are falling apart ❤️❤️❤️❤️

New effort being made to improve the maintenance turn around time and appearance of grounds is working!
