Parsonian Apartments

Manager is only part time even though their machine says someone is in the office 8-5 Monday-Friday, also splits time between two different apartments. Be prepared to leave messages. The apartments have a bug problem and when I moved in the apartment was dirty like you wouldn't believe. They also won't clean the outside of the windows, so that nice view is pretty much ruined.

I lived at the Parsonian since 2016. I moved out on May 30, 2025 due to new management. We had a nice community of folks living there. New management arrived and it became boot camp or prison type living. She crept up the firestairs and eavesdropped and sniffed doors for smoking. No more talking in the lobby. No talking to her ..she stayed in her office and ignored tenants..except when she would pop out to verbally abuse one of us old people. I had to get away from her to get back to normal living ..without increased meds because of the treatment of folks Phone calls to corporate made by me went ignored. I have now received a large bill from Parsonian management that she claims I owe. Dates are wrong..charging for paint is crazy after 8 goin on 9 years..of course it needs painted!! I cou

God is Good management is trying hard to please all of their tenants i think we all just have simple misunderstandings sometimes love the place I live at its wonderful cottages at mcknight nice and quiet like I like it the occasional loud stereo doesn't bother me anymore got used to my neighbors I love all my neighbors
