I will have lived here for almost a year now and love it. It’s clean and peaceful! The new manager Geoff is very friendly and does a great job! I have no complaints whatsoever. And a shout out to the great maintenance man on site. Any problems I had were fixed within 2 days!

New owners bought the place and didn’t change their bills over. Internet was off for about a week and it’s been over two weeks and the trash still hasn’t been collected. It’s piled up all around the dumpster, creating a health hazard.

I love living here. These are low income apartments but you would never know. The location is perfect. Very pretty grounds. Maintenance is on top of the upkeep. Usually responds the same day. There is alot of turn over but the new manager Susanna is very nice. I always feel welcome in the office. and she seems to be on her job. I highly recommend living here.

Very clean property with very helpful management. There is not a single piece of trash in sight whenever you enter the property. Also very well-maintained Apartments. Great place inside and out.

Sadly they have changed ownership three times in the last four years. It seems with every new ownership the apartments go down hill in quality a little further. When I moved in the quality of tenants were great. They now let anyone move in and some are ex-felons which they say are not allowed, but apparently they are as long as they are not on the lease. Trash and toys are always scattered in the common area and you can’t walk your dogs unless you want mud EVERYWHERE. They will not fix the sprinkler system or get new sod laid so when it rains it’s a complete mud hole. Very sad because it used to be such a nice place to live for single mothers.
