Joy Property Management

I had the pleasure of leasing through Joy Property Management for 5 years. I absolutely loved my time spent there. The property was always well maintained and in the rare occasion I had a facility problem they were on it immediately. They are excellent in maintaining not only the individual units, but the grounds as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to lease a quality home at a reasonable rate.

As a widowed single mother I was looking for a safe place for my six month old and I to live. I found a nice apartment in Newcastle and contacted Shelia with Joy Property Management. The day I contacted her 12/27/2022 she didn’t answer but called back and left a voicemail letting me know that she had just gotten notice that a until would be available February 15th. My dad contacted her on 12/30/2022 to get pictures of the property and to find out about the application. She told him she would send over the information and never did. He contacted her multiple times on 12/30/2022 and well as 1/2/2023. I contacted her multiple times on 1/3/2023 to get pictures and a link to apply. She was very rude to not only myself, but my elderly veteran father and she waited until end of business day on 1/

Amazing property management! I’ve been renting from them for almost 4 years and never once had an issue. Anytime there were situations that occur inside that house they addressed it immediately and professionally. Always will answer the phone, even on weekends and have great friendly attitudes. Highly recommended!

We’ve lived in the Newcastle complex for 6 years before we moved into a house. We never had any issues and they were always prompt with replying!
