I can’t say enough about this community! Coleen is absolutely amazing. I was in a bad apartment complex and management team prior to living here and Coleen helped me get in somewhere amazing so quick! The place is stunning and always clean. There’s carts for ease of bringing in groceries. Locks on all external doors making everyone feel safe. I’ve been here for 1 month now and absolutely love it. My fur babies also just won pet of the month and got the sweetest new gifts!!! So glad to live in a community where I feel seen and cared for.

I had a really great experience during my apartment leasing tour. From the moment I arrived, Coleen was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Coleen took the time to walk me through the apartment layout, amenities, and lease details, and made sure all of my questions were answered clearly and honestly. The apartment itself was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The community areas and amenities were also well kept, which made a great first impression. I appreciated how transparent and informative the entire process was, with no pressure or rushed feeling during the tour. My time living here has been great. Even with some construction still going on, you wouldn't even notice. Everything about this complex was thought ought with the customer in mind. Coleen, the property manager, is awesome. Even though she's juggling many projects right now, Coleen always puts my dog and I priority number one. Because of that I am writing this. Don't think it's just Coleen either. The girls from corporate came by and jumped right in to help prepare this beautiful home for my dog and I and hopefully for you too. I rely on reviews in many areas of my decision making and more than not find them to be reliable. When I saw the Prairie Encore development under construction, I wanted to read all reviews I could find. The exterior of the property was so captivating but as one would expect, being under construction there were ZERO reviews! However, none were needed from my very first encounter with the Leasing Mgr, Coleen. I stopped by the property without an appointment and she readily stopped right in the middle of her very busy day and answered each and every question without a second of hesitancy or frustration on her end. I spent the last couple months helping a friend from out of town find an apartment. We visited so many places, I lost count. My friend decided on Prairie Encore. It’s a beautiful and clean complex that’s priced competitively. However, this wasn’t the deciding factor. She chose Prairie Encore because the representative, Colleen, went above and beyond to help. Colleen is the only facility manager that followed up regularly after our initial visit. Several of the other facilities didn’t follow up at all. Thank you for making this daunting task easier!
