Front desk personnel changes so often that it’s hard to know who to call. Rose the office manager has 0 skills to manage the office and customer services. Sandra the new front desk has no respect and no training on what she is doing. Save a headache and avoid making business with them because anytime you need to make contact with the office it feels like you are dumb. I highly recommend property to NOT hire this company because they will never fix issues, communication with the office is horrible.

I have been renting out one of my houses here in California for some time now and have been through a few property managers along the way. I am blessed to have come across such talented and friendly people, Powley Properties is far superior to all the others. They always have my rental occupied and are very courteous to both myself and the tenants. I am thrilled to have found such a great property manager, look forward to many years ahead with this company.

Landlord finally responded after January and increased rent by 5%! Landlord will not respond! Raises rent 10% regardless of cost of living in the area! Limits on Rent Increases Landlords cannot raise rent more than 10% total or 5% plus the percentage change in the cost of living – whichever is lower – over a 12-month period. If the tenants of a unit move out and new tenants move in, the landlord may establish the initial rent to charge. (Civ. Code § 1947.12.)

We have been tenants in one of the properties managed by Powley Properties for over 3 years. Prior to them taking over the unit, we dreaded dealing with the managers. They were either unresponsive or took a while to fix issues. Having Powley was like a breath of fresh air. Not only do they respond within 24 hours of contact, but his crew keeps us abreast of what is being done. We cannot stress how much this is appreciated. It’s good to know that the ball has not been dropped and that they're working with us instead of against us.

I had another company managing my property and they just weren't getting the job done. Powley Properties showed me what a management company is supposed to be like. They've improved everything. Clearly they know what they're doing. I have been very satisfied with their service.
