If I could give less than 1 star I would. I reached out to a listing agent (Natalia Boltz) with high interest in seeing a townhome. She was very quick to responding and seemed to be inclined to helping me. She told me to meet another realtor at the leasing office at 10:30am. I was fine with her putting me off to another realtor. I arrived at the leasing office with the exact address that she sent me but was extremely confused when the other realtor did not show nor did she respond to my calls but only text messages. The community that she sent me to was the wrong community entirely. They community that she was suppose to send us was about 15 minutes away. Working with this realtor/realty company is like playing a cat and mouse game. HORRIBLE. Do not waste your time with them.

I had emailed a man named Craig Ries who had several listings of homes available. Upon stating through email what I was looking for he simply wrote back, "I am too busy to help you and you will have a hard time finding housing with your dog". He was extremely unprofessional, and I have never been treated so poorly by a real estate expert in my life. Will not work with him or anyone at Power Net Realty because of how I was treated.

Tommy was the best real estate agent I've ever had. He moved me into a beautiful place with just a low sec deposit and the rent. He got me a much lower price than when I looked with another realtor!

I called to inquire about a property and the guy literally sounded as if I was burdening him. On top of that, he laughed at the price point I was trying to find an apartment for. Real smug, probably has many of several mental issues. Update: I suggest anyone that has experienced any form of discrimination from this company be reported to the Department of Business and Professional Regulations. Currently working my on my case.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A REALTY COMPANY!! The man who answered the phone was blatantly and purposely rude and obnoxious. It almost seems as if he doesn't want any business, so unprofessionally sarcastic when answering questions goes out of his way to make a client feel stupid ! I refuse to patronize a company who's customer service should be rated less than a star. Shouldn't be working there if answering phones and properly informing clients is such an annoying task. He acted like I wasn't ready to spend my hard earned money on their property. Definitely not putting commission in his pocket, my family and I will take our cash elsewhere.
