Pottery Creek Apartments

Absolutely love living here! Everyone from the office staff to the maintenance team is super friendly and helpful. Anytime I need something, they respond right away. My microwave stopped working once, and the maintenance guy showed up within an hour and fixed it. Seriously amazing service. I think how fast the management responds makes a huge difference when you live in an apartment, and they’ve been awesome about it. They always take care of things quickly and really know what they’re doing. Parking is good too. You might not always get a spot right in front of your unit, but there are always plenty just a short walk away. Fred Meyer is just a few minutes’ walk from here. Super convenient place to live!

I would not recommend. First problem is there is no AC and it gets really hot during the summer. You have to buy your own special unit and the apartment only has the outlet for one in the living room, which is not enough to cool the entire apartment and those apartments get really hot. Secondly, the parking is the worst! The apartments are not at full capacity and there is not enough parking for tenants and/or guests. There is paid parking which is ridiculous and if you do not pay for parking, good luck. If you are disabled and visiting from another state that is another problem. They only allow disabled parking for those who live in the state. Another issue is that you can hear your neighbors conversations. The units are new and very nice. The service staff is always friendly and wonderful, maintenence is fast and on time. In unit washer and dryer is amazing. The parking situation is crowded

My husband and I lived here for about 3 years and it was the best! Quiet neighborhood people are pretty respectful of the quiet times after 10pm. Leasing office has a great team, they are quick to respond about requests and issues and I cannot forget the maintenance guys! They know how to do their job well and are great people all around! We moved around three months ago and still talk about how we miss our old apartment. I recommend this community if you plan on residing in Port Orchard!

The best place I’ve had a pleasure to live thus far. I move around a lot and Pottery Creek is definitely my favorite apartment complex. The leasing team is very friendly and helpful and helped make my living there easy and worry free. The floor plans are beautifully put together as well and the complex has a variety of food options that are not too far. I was told they plan to expand on some of the amenities with the vacant lot next to the property and add more parking. If you’re looking for a place to live, this is it!
