I had a wonderful experience working with the entire team at Potomac Heritage Homes. They were professional, reliable, and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy throughout the entire process. I highly recommend working with them if you’re are in the market for a new home in the area.

We hired this company to build a custom home. They built the home but the process was incredibly unprofessional with the owner throwing temper tantrums, hanging up phones and being generally impossible to deal with. He would routinely claim that something was impossible only for us to be told by his hired contractors that our requests were not problematic. Our punch list was left untouched for almost two years and we ultimately ended up removing him from the project to finish remaining items ourselves. The moral of the story - don’t build a custom home with this builder and certainly don’t rely on the builder to come back and fix mistakes.
