Awful! Simply Awful! Recently visited this community with my mother. Previous reviews about the gates always open are, in fact, reflective of my experiences as I drove past the property on two separate days BEFORE visiting, and the gates were open. Driving through the community, the grounds appear well-kept, so my Mother and I decided to try to schedule a visit online. Not possible to do so online, so we called - no answer. We stopped by and the office was open with the Property Manager onsite. The interaction with this person was horrendous. I greeted her and shared what we were looking for, and she immediately turned to my Mother and asked her age and income. THE rent goes up Every Year!! Cons: 1. The second units were built in a hurry and you have appliances that are not installed properly and can fall on you. The doors are not leveled and won't close. I have reported this to the manager on several occasions and the problems haven't been solved. This is a safety hazard! 2. Some residents smoke marijuana and cigarettes and the smoke comes into your apartment. Several residents have complained about this issue and it's getting worse. 3. The water in my unit doesn't get really hot. Pros: 1. This could be nicer, if they hire someone to fix the appliances and doors. 2. Its quiet 3. The apartments are spacious. 4. The manager says she is handling the situation but I think it's to many units for one person to handle.

They need to get rid of that rental worker she always leaving the gate open. Its called a gated community for a reason.

My mother lives in one of the new ones just built. It is so pretty! And quiet. She is very happy living there.
