Post Road Management

Post Road Management has been a large improvement from the previous company. I have been at their McPherson, KS location since 08/23 and management has improved since they took over. Their maintenance is commendable.

I am sharing this review to make the owners aware of the truth. I have lived at this property since first quarter of 2019. This is the third property management company that Danish Village has had since I’ve lived here. Sara Barlow is the only reason that I gave this place another chance. She is kind, understanding and is serious about making this property a better place to live. I have recently transferred to a different unit due to an ongoing struggle with a neighbor that escalated and caused medical and legal problems that could have been avoided if the prior management would have been more diligent. Lori McPherson is rude, unprofessional and dismissive towards issues that I’d addressed on multiple occasions. She is divisive and confrontational. She spins her own narratives. I was ready

I’ve had a great experience at Forrest Grove Apartments! The community is clean, quiet, and well-kept. Alisha, the property manager, is always professional, kind, and quick to respond whenever I need anything. It’s clear she really cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make this a great place to live!

I love living at Forest Grove Apts. The environment with do many trees is like living in the country. It is a quiet complex with a homey feel. Maintenance is top-notch with Albert in charge. Highly recommend living here!
