The management team here is always supportive and friendly, and communication is always smooth. They genuinely seem to care about your experience as a resident. The maintenance team is quick and reliable as well. When I moved in, I realized my washer wasn’t working properly. After a work order. maintenance replaced it that same day! Overall, the price feels fair for what you get, and I’ve had a really great experience living here. Definitely happy to call this place home!

I moved here January 2023 and lived their for 3 years. At first the apartment had different management and maintenance crew that were actually good. However the management changed during the 3 years I lived here and it has gone down hill since. When I first moved in both pools actually worked, the maintenance were actually on top of maintenance request. Then once they change management and got rid of the people who actually did the job right your maintenance request depending on what it was the request would take weeks and it's sometimes "forgotten" they assumed it's been done and they will delete the request on their end to make it seem they did the request. The new "updates" are done poorly and you will notice in most units the flooring is done terrible and the painting they do is cheap

I have lived here for over one year, I absolutely enjoy it. I have almost no complaints ( only minor ones with neighbors) but the staff and everything itself is amazing. It made my first time moving from my parents house to go to OU a very smooth process. They often have games in the office u can play and it can take money off your rent or even win cool prizes !

Been with the complex 2 years now. Its been a great place to live while I work at the University. My Cats and I love the Screened Porch since I can let them sit outside to get some fresh air without concern they are gonna take a little hop of the balcony. The staff have always been helpful and supportive when I have had questions or encounter issues. Thank you Aislinn and Mindy! The maintenance crew have been great as well in resolving any issue with the apartment. Fixing issues swiftly. Rent is a reasonable rate for the area. For a 2-bed 1 Bath I can't complain. Highly recommend taking a look at this place if you are looking for a quality apartment in the Norman Area.

Do not live here... Lived here for a long time and at first this place was great but after they changed management they have gone down hill. Last year in 2024 the pool was only open for 1 week and then they closed it for the rest of summer. This year they had 1 of the pools open however they will watch those cameras like a halk and will threaten to shut the pool down if they see a 16 year old in the pool or if you have to many guest at the pool. The gym is a joke, A lot of the equipment doesn't work and your neighbors will steal packages or your food groceries. My car was sabotage by neighbors and the apartment complex did nothing about it when I complained about it. This apartment complex will send multiple emails out about rent being due or if the water is being shut off. To this day i
