This is the best apartment complex ever. Management and Customer Service Reps Joanna and Sophia are so professional, courteous and caring. They have ensured that every one of my concerns was addressed expeditiously. Keep up the exceptional work ladies.

I am so satisfied with Luis and Bel’s work! We had an issue with our refrigerator because it was not getting cold enough. But next day they were able to get us a working newer refrigerator. We were so excited pleased. They were very professional and kind!

Thanks to Donald he was very very quick to repair our AC unit. He was very professional and polite. Also his helper who he was training was very friendly and polite (Gerald ) maintenance guy here at positano. Thanks again to Donald for his knowledge in this area.
