Had a pleasant house purchasing experience with Teresa and Indeerjet. I was given an hour and half showing to the house and they explained every little details about the house. Both of them were informative, helpful and friendly. I could tell that they did everything they could to narrow the gap between seller and us, we ultimately reached a reasonable price and both side were satisfied. Highly recommended, great real estate agents.

I am so glad Teresa was recommended to me! She & Inderjet made the sale of my rental house stress-free. They handled everything! I was updated with progress and she offered guidance, suggestions and options for my consideration, and even resolved situations I could not do being 150 miles away. After interviewing two other local realtors, it was clear that Teresa and Indy were the team my brother and I wanted to use to sell our mother’s home. Being a first time buyer , I’ll be honest , I had no idea what to do or even the logistics of becoming a homeowner. When I called her and spoke to her on the phone , she already had put my mind at ease and she made me a priority to meet up that same day . Once we met , I explained to her what I was looking for and what my requirements and needs were. She understand that i was also going to be moving my elderly father in with me and expressed his needs and challenges and stressed that I was looking for something on the first floor and in a location where local community services and retail were easily accessible to both me and my dad.
