Only use All Area if you want a management company that acts as a personal assistant to your board. All Area seems to enjoy punishing and fining owners over actually managing. All Area caters to building staff over owners even when staff is completely in.competent. Working with All Area was quite possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had. They do not answer phones/emails or even the questions you ask. I highly suggest avoiding any properties associated with this management company. Save yourselves the headache and stress of it all. You nearly have to threaten legal action for them to act on anything. 1-Star is a generous review.

It is difficult to find another more incompetent property management company than All Area Realty Services. The word “Services” when applied to All Area Realty is ludicrous. It wasn’t always like this. The inefficiencies began for me in March of this year -2025. Since April of 2017 I’ve never had a problem with All Area re: my maintenance payments until March of this year. Somehow my check “hasn’t been received “ only to be found and processed a month or two later. When I call inquiring why my check hasn’t been processed the blame is first placed on the post office (employee Allen’s standard answer) or a computer glitch as per employee Alexa. Reviews written here are from either late payers, or tenants that think their management companies are there to serve them specially. Most people that are happy don't write reviews. But the guy that tried to move in on the weekend and had a party at 3 am and got reported, those are the keyboard warriors. I cant just cant stand the travesties that some of you write about some of this companies. All Area is just a management company. They do what the Board tells them. Contractors get paid, the bank goes down, the mortgage doesn't get paid, the building goes on default.
