I rented a home with this people never fell a single payment, and when I return the house empty and clean they had some many stupid excuses to not give me my deposit back so be careful with that.

Our rental home flooded 3 different times in which we called Lisa at the office and were presented with less than acceptable accommodations. The home owner DID NOT and the rental agency DD NOT care to have the septic tank done at all over the last 4 years of having the home as a rental and because of that, the home was backed up and flooded. The Porzig office has a voicemail that a person will call back within 30 minutes and it took 4 different phone calls, along with several voicemails to get ahold of Lisa. At first Lisa tried to brush us off for Monday even though our home had NO RUNNING WATER WITH 2 kids Because the septic had backed up into the house. Lisa was informed and we had to go back and forth myself AND my fiance with her just to get people out the SAME DAY. Our personal things

Wonderful staff, my friend Michael recommended them to me to manage our property so I gave them a try and they were very helpful and professional. I feel safe with them in charge and am happy to work with them! Highly recommend them! 5 stars for sure! Jenn is a real pleasure to work with also!

Derrick Thomas is the greatest property manager in the region. He personifies the Chick-fil-A quality and customer service. Extremely efficient and responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone renting out their property.

Completely rude and lie, say put in an application and it should be 2 days. Meanwhile 4-5 days later get an answer on an house lease. Denied.... says it’s first come first serve and check on applications one at a time, nope not how they do it!! $50 dollars an application and they take as many as they can get! Was told it looked good and they give it to someone else. They don’t give the owner one application at a time they have multiple at a time go in and then choose. How are people supposed to find a place to rent when people are unethical and say they want to work with you but don’t work with you. I would say don’t use them unless you just want to waste your time and money. Don’t use chuck... 70s style used car salesman and cut throats you when you have all your ducks in a row and ready
