Adriana, Kayla and Matt are all amazing and super helpful. They take time to help with every residents needs and truly make the move in process so much easier and less stressful. They care about their residents and their feedback making their community stand out from others. Portola on Russel is an amazing complex and all thanks to their wonderful staff members, especially Adriana, who is on top of her stuff and seriously so helpful and sweet!

Cute property located in the spring valley area of SW Las Vegas. The grounds felt clean and the pool looked great, but the standout - BY FAR - is the assistant manager Adriana in the leasing office. When I say she's amazing, it's an understatement. Seriously, this company should give that woman a massive raise 💯 She makes not only the property, but the company, look 10x better.

I toured the property on a recent trip to Vegas with Adriana and her manager Kayla. The community is beautiful, very clean, and clearly well maintained. Adriana and Kayla were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took their time answering all of my questions and made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. You can tell they really care about the property and the people who live there. I left with a great impression and would absolutely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a new home!

I have been on the search for an apartment, having visited over a dozen ones. I have not met a leasing consultant as professional, kind, and honest as Matt. He has been a tremendous help to me, especially as a first time apartment leaser. I highly recommend stopping by Portola in your search for an apartment!

My family and I went to tour the apartments PORTOLA on RUSSELL and met with Adriana. She made us feel comfortable touring the complex and a vacant apartment. She displayed courtesy, professionalism and kindness throughout the entire visit. We decided to apply for the apartment and found it difficult to apply online. I called and she invited us to return to the property in order to assist us. Once we returned her she was helpful and gracious throughout the application process, taking her time with two of us applying. Adriana’s colleague Matt was also very helpful! We loved their humor and patience with us. Thank you Adriana!
