So I’ve lived here for 2 years and must say that things went pretty downhill now. To start off, I just wanna say I really appreciated Brownstone with Geneva and Mike (the maintenance guy) for their time here, those guys were top notch! Everything began slowly crashing down when Portola moved in. The key locks were changed with annoying digipads. The gym being my main amenity I use is horribly kept via hygiene. The occasional lack of wipes (lasting a week) and the soap in the restroom never being filled, it’s ridiculous. I remember for a few days there was trash just sitting there at the bottom of the pool, shoot there’s even bits of trash sitting around the stairways while I write this review, it was never like this pre-Portola, who would actually power wash the stairways. While all this h
Portola at Centennial Hills is by far the best home I’ve ever lived in. The clean, cozy & modern layout from inside out is just right. It’s the only safe area in Vegas that is walkable, and having a beautiful park in the heart of the complex is priceless. Having so many restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops close by makes me feel like I live in a small town in the best way possible. The gym is the best i’ve lived with, and being the cleanest including the pool. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and I love that it’s a smoke-free property (and management does a great job maintaining that). The property team always do what they can to make improvements to the complex. As long as Dawn is the property manager, I will keep renewing my lease. I’ve lived here for over a year now, and Dawn has tak
Been living here for a while...with Brownstone selling and AMC taking over, this place went from meh to BAD fast. If you've ever wondered what it would be like to live in paper machete for the price of owning a home, with the perks of paying to be ignored while being harassed by an HOA, then this place is for you. The general areas are filthy, the dumpster is usually overflowing, yet we're charged a $30 Common Area Maintenance Fee every month (+ property tax, RUBS, submetering, separate utilities). Unless that's just to pay for "landscaping" -- in which case I'm sure management could find people that cost a lot less to run their leaf blowers around the parking lot. The leasing office does not want to be bothered nor will be in matters that involve follow through of any kind. An AI rob
Worst apartments in centennial. We’ve had nothing but trouble from day one. Shitty construction. Multiple staff members who don’t care. Being told work is done to find a hole in our wall 2 months later after having bugs. Had an emergency maintenance call for a possible gas leak in the club house ignored, to find there actually was a leak, and was then charged for the call.
The parent company running this property lacks integrity. Even if you leave your unit in mint, spotless condition after having professional maid service clean up prior to move out, they enjoy lying that they reserved your Security Deposit for "cleaning services". Why would anyone spend a dime on cleaners when there's no need to? I have photos of everything being dust and stain free down to the baseboards yet they only returned $3.00 back from my entire deposit. They're shamefully greedy with zero concern for you as a honest working human being. Avoid Brownstone and rent from a private party.
