Portola at Papago

I left my apts the night of Feb 26, leaving some stuff behind once again no one knew I was moving out. My apt was broken into. This place is trash save your money, the ppl that live here don’t even go through a back ground check, cops always hear kids always unattended. Management always getting touched and be kissing with tenants, was no help. Glad to say I left this apts!!!

WORST APARTMENTS EVER. Management so poor. Lady is on the phone while I’m WAITING for her to finish up. Glad she can actually answer phones but not to the tenants though. Not only that but they open at 9, she pulled up like at 9:30 instead. Also these apartments are INFESTED with roaches. Never did we have them before. Maintenance is the worst. We had 1 week without A/C and they provided us a portable ac days later after I told them we don’t have ac. Garbage disposable got CLOGGED and I informed them that it is clogged and a small leak but because they felt it wasn’t that big of an issue they didn’t send a maintenance guy until a week later. Just because they felt it wasn’t that big of an issue. So OVERALL, WORST 2 years of my life.

Hello... for every one that is planning to move here. This is my second year at the property and being really honest with you guys this place is awesome for the price.. never had a issue before with my apartment. They just fixed my AC once after a year and never been broken again. I live in the 2nd floor and I've never heard any noise from my neighbors at all. Not loud music or crazy people. The parking lot is kinda tight but just wait 10 seconds and it would be okey, u have 1 cover parking spot assigned. Leticia and Ashleigh are really helpful.. again for the price u can't ask for more.. They really help u out moving in specially for people with low credit and good specials..

I moved into the apartment complex in April 2024. Before I start my review, I want to express my gratitude for all the assistance provided by Seferina. This will be a long review, but it's worth it. I relocated from Washington, DC, and had been in communication with the property manager, Leticia, before my move. I arrived at the apartment complex on April 8th, but to my surprise, they were closed even though their office hours were listed as 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After waiting outside with all my luggage for about 30 minutes, Leticia finally arrived, and we went into the office to sign the lease documents and view the apartment. I recently moved into Portola at Papago apartments and the staff, Ashley and Letty were super friendly and professional. The move-in process was efficient, easy, and took a lot of the stress I had off of my shoulders. They are also pet friendly and have plenty of spots to sit outside if you want to. I’ve enjoyed living here and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to live that’s affordable and where the staff are approachable and helpful.
