They sold my house in 21 days and my home was not in an area that is easy to get comparisons. Communication was perfect but the thing that really sets this group apart is the connections they have. They have them for just about anything related to buying or selling your house. THAT IS HUGE!! You don't have to go scurrying to find an electrician, a home stager, an inspector. On the buying side as well. They are extremely knowledgeable about their business. If they don't immediately know the answer they get back to you. This is the creme de la creme of realtors. One stop shopping as they say. It's probably the biggest thing you own, don't just let your friend that just got their license sell it- Use the pros. It cost the same and you get so much more!!!

Portfolio was great to work with. They were extremely attentive and we always got quick responses from them. Our house sold in 2 days. Which may have been a product of the market and perhaps underpricing, but overall couldn't be happier with the result.
