Porta Bella Yacht

I have been renting here for over 5 years rent has more than doubled but that's not the fault of the facility. For the last 2 years it has been non-stop Construction and where my apartment is located near the front lobby above the gym and the rec room constant jackhammering that sounds like they're doing it right in the unit besides all other construction noises. Was told it was a pet-free place but that's not true there are dozens of dogs here and none of them are service animals they are owned by people with illegal Comfort animal permits not issued by the state of Florida. Had a traumatic experience with a bunch of dogs that's why I chose the place. I also planned on buying a boat because it is a yacht club was told I could not because I was not a unit owner I even asked the owner of th

Old buildings (1978-1979), assessment after assessment. Poor security. Many rentals, sales increasing, and values decreasing. There's always some "new project" which does little to turn back the clock. Aging plumbing and electrical, and poorly managed.There is a ten year plan(assessment) to 'upgrade' facility and massive construction. A good place to leave comfortable with the knowledge that despite any upgrades, the aging process will assure new problems arise.

Portabello are condos which people own! Some rent their condo out! It is not an apartment complex!

Old-growth trees, immaculate lawns, ICW location, younger upscale crowd, covered parking.

Parking can be a pain, otherwise there is a friendly staff and amazing views and amenities
