Poplar Village Apartments

Apartments are very nice, but the property manager Evelyn was excellent! She was very kind and very helpful, always happy to answer any questions I had about the process or the apartments. She was extremely accommodating, even helping me move in outside of the leasing office's hours. Truly a great help, and made me feel like the apartments would be a good place to be! I would give her 10 stars if I could, she went above and beyond.

I just moved from out of state. The Manager Christine and her Assistant Evelyn made the process really smooth and were very friendly. I am happy with the way the grounds look and I have a bigger Apartment with a large patio more than the apartment I had in California. I have met 2 neighbors and they are friendly. No complaints here!

Poplar Village is a very well maintained and very well managed beautiful apartment complex. It is a peaceful place to live. Christine is a very professional manager and she is always friendly and approachable. We moved here a little over a month ago from Brentwood apartments which is managed by the same company. We recieved the same professional treatment from Ginger and Evelyn for the whole year and three months that we lived there. Our apartment at Poplar Village is large and well laid out. The plumbing fixtures are quality with great pressure. We have a very nice washer and dryer in our unit and a 50 gallon water heater. The central air is a very nice luxury and functions excellent. There two ceiling fans that are nice. Our patio is spacious with plenty of sunlight. There is a nice size

Amazing office staff the girls are always nice and profesional the pool area is always clean. Great neighbors. Maintenance is always available upon request if needed. Just a great sense of community over all.

We just moved in here however, maintenance has been fast, management has been incredible! We have had no issues with any parts of this community! Christine and Evelyn have been amazing and helpful with the whole moving process!
