Poplar Springs

I have lived here 5 years and it's quiet and safe. Affordable too. It's senior friendly with one step entrance. Most seniors live here for years. Maintenance request have always been answered immediately and the services they provide have always been satisfactory. The office staff are always friendly and the renewal process is always made simple and fast.

Mrs. Robinson and her team will make every effort to address your concerns and help you as a resident. Always respectful and very diligent. Thank you! Lived there and loved it.

my experience with popular springs apartments was great at first when they had a guy as manager, but he quit and a woman took over and she had a nasty attitude. My daughter been living there over 6 years and decided she was ready to move earlier this year she went and found a house the people who own the house said the manager at popular springs told them they never heard of my daughter so she couldn't get that house so she tried for another house the manager at popular springs gave them a bad review said she was nasty the people on the house did background checks and it said they have know recollection of my daughter ever paying rent but she was there over 6 years if things was so bad how was she there all them years? Lily is a great manager that will work with you if you work with her! The apartments are safe. It is a great place to stack your money, without disruptions. Lily is a sweet lady with a big heart. Like any leasing managers if you are over 3 days late she will check up on you. Make sure you dust the apartments because they are a bit small but they are comfortable to live in. Plus the view of the lake from a hard days work is amazing.

Nice quiet place to live. Love the fact their are elderly and disabled people here, therefore, it's going to be peaceful and quiet. I love my apartment and like that these apartments are flat. No one staying above and below you. Neighbors stay to themselves and kids, you rarely here from them. At night, it's peaceful and i can finally get some rest at night. And is very convenient to my job and the airport.
