My daughter and her friend lived here while attending MSU. It is a very neat and well maintained facility. I always felt like she was safe there, as well. The landlord was quick to respond the one time they had an issue with the refrigerator, and he got it taken care of promptly.
I lived here for a year before I moved to Memphis, TN. The apartments are well taken care of and really nice. Highly recommend staying here and not too noisy at all. Owner is reasonable and communicative.
Our experience with this rental company has been amazing! Andy is such a responsive, respectful landlord. Any issues we had with our unit were addressed within hours. I would absolutely rent from this company again in the future!
