The staff were nice enough, but I was rented out an apartment with a roach infestation without any forewarning. They had someone come spray a few times during my time, but at no point was my apartment fully roachless during my stay. The contract also stated that roaches were considered the tenants responsibility, which would have been more acceptable as a policy if the roaches had been in any way my fault and not an issue before I ever arrived.

Hometown Realty and Property Management has been managing a property for me over a year now. The experience has been great overall. They were very fast to find a tenant and the property has had no period of vacancy longer than 2 weeks. Maintenance is handled quickly and professionally and they're very happy to work with owners on long term upkeep of the property. The money always shows up on time every month. I have had 2 or 3 minor errors appear on statements, it was never a balance amount just an address mistyped or similar and those problems were all resolved within the hour once I pointed them out. Other than that I don't have a bad word to say. Bonnie is very easy to work with and reach and her staff are equally competent and friendly. I highly recommend their services to everyone in

Just did two walk throughs with JENNIFER. Absolutely rude, didn't greet us, didn't ask what we were interested in. Acted like we were a burden anytime she looked up from her cell phone. Rolled her eyes and sighed when answering a question. The homes were disgusting. Both houses had mold, signs of infestation, and broken windows. Tried calling to speak to someone else about this but no answer.

My friend rents from the company. She has had many complaints and pictures to back it up. There are bugs crawling through the cracks of her house, the stove was filthy when she moved in. The fridge was leaking water and smelled of mold with dents all over it. The electrical box on the wall has burn marks around it. Plugs on the wall are coming out. And the back deck is caving in. She has been there for 6-7 months now and this is what she walked into.

Yall are horrible people and rude. Should’ve left that apartment dirty if yall were gonna charge $200 for cleaning we just simply wouldn’t have cleaned it better than it was when we got there. All these people care about is money they have no empathy or friendliness about them.
