Pontoon Plaza Apartments

My father in law had recently passed away, my girlfriend and my 3 year old daughter lived with him at pontoon plaza since 2016. When dan (landlord) was informed on what happened he had a smirk on his face, and told her since she wasn't a lease holder she only had 10 days to get out. I was outraged, they dont fix any thing and dan the landlord is the most lazy and unprofessional man I have ever known! Also they have horrible infestations that landlord cant seem to get under control. Definitely would not recommend living here unless you want nothing but headaches!!!

Worst landlord ever!!!! Rude and verbally abused me. Won't take rent that I planned to pay, late on rent 1 time literally only THIS ONE TIME. He believes his daughter even if it's rumors and lies. Don't MOVE HERE. Poor management. Kicking me out with a baby he even said he don't care if my son gets sick due to the Covid 19

Love it here! Dan is straight shooter you treat him right as well He! Been here come'in up a year! They Guys that do all the work around here a great job also! Nice quiet & SAFE! Its Home.

The dryers never work. Never. I was told I have a laundry room. LIES. 2 WASHERS N 1 BROKEN DOWN DRYER.

Manager is UNWILLING to take rent money from a tenant that I know AND has evicted her!! HOW can he EVICT her when she is willing to pay???!!!!! And he VERBALLY ABUSED her!!! That just isn't right....
