My husband and I unfortunately have not had a good experience with the listing agent Kim Benda. Not only has she been slow with responses, numerous times when my realtor tried getting ahold of her. For instance I remember waiting outside the home that she had listed to view for well over 20 mins when she knew we were coming to tour, waiting for the code to get in because she had not responded when asked for the code. Mind you we were out of towners looking to buy in Illinois so it was a difficult process working with her. Also, she still has my home pending online when we have bought it and been living here for more than 3 weeks. Idk if her lack communication correlates or if she just lacks interest in her career. I wish I could give a million stars! There are not enough wonderful words in the dictionary to describe the outstanding service I received from Kim. There were times I wanted to give up and she just would not let me. When it came down to it I actually had very limited time to find a place. Kim literally worked night and day to find me the right house and and get it closed in a very short period of time. There is no one more dedicated to her clients then she is or the rest of the people in her company.

Just purchased our first home with Epic realty, and we simply cannot thank Kim Benda enough for all her help. She really does have a big heart for her clients and will do anything she can to help. I highly recommend her services!
