As a resident of HighWood of Prince Creek in Murrells Inlet I rate Ponderosa highly. Our board however has taken over management from them and our assessment is now $210 monthly due to lavish spending, instead of ± $130 ... HighWood location is a well kept secret. Kudos to Tanner in particular.

I have a condo at ocean dunes tower 1. Ponderosa took over this property from coastal assoc management. This past weekend, I had a chance to meet them at the annual HOA meeting. The property looked better than I have ever seen it. With the cards they were dealt before taking over, they have done a great job here. We do have a full time maintenance man (Wade) who has been amazing. The staff at the annual meeting were professional and knowledgeable.

Probably one of the most difficult property management companies to deal with. Barefoot Resort should shop around & find a company that knows what customer service means. They tried to charge me for new parking passes that didn’t work after recently buying them and then had the nerve to argue with me about their misguided logic.

Extremely difficult to work with. Ponderosa management managed a property adjacent to mine. We had shrubs that extended to that property. Ponderosa management authorized work on that property and completely destroyed our plantings. We asked for one day to have our plantings relocated and they refused. Dug up and ran over all bushes, plants etc. extremely bad management. Would not recommend.

This is a poorly run / operated company with no aspect of customer service. I have owned a home in the Barefoot community for +9-years with no history of late pays. I was set-up for auto-debt that expired & received notice via collection agency of the balance. Payment was made immediately & requested assistance with auto-debt, which was not provided. This organization is poor reflection of a property management company & communication. This company needs to be permanently closed!
