Polynesian Village

Not great. Had two incidents in which neighbors have been loud and disruptive and nothing was done about them. One I had to call the police on and he thankfully moved out weeks later , the other yelled at another resident and cursed them for opening their balcony door. Polynesian village was made aware of this and after asking the individual about what happened , the older gentleman lied and proceeded to turn the story against the young woman living above him. Polynesian Village does not care much about their tenants, especially when it comes to their safety.

Love our apartment! It's a great size for the price, and a beautiful community. We love the lake and the woods, and it's very quiet. We had a few maintenance issues when we first moved in that we let the office know about, and we're still waiting for them to be fixed, but we still are very happy with the apartment and the area .

Beautiful location. Apartments are adequate, however kitchens are extremely small and not enough indoor storage. Some have balconies that overlook the community park and pool. Such wooded area you will have to contend with bugs/critters.

Very private. Management/owners never bother you, and always act fast when you call in an issue with your apartment. Pool is kept up and is very lovely. Always bond with the people at the pool as everyone is very friendly♡

Great spot for catch and release fishing. The area has lots of ducks and in general lots of wildlife which is enjoyable. The pond and apartment complex is very clean and very nice looking
