Polos Orlando

My experience at the polos was awesome. It’s a very quiet community and the apartments are spacious with nice flooring. The pool is nice too, recently they upgraded some of the gym equipment so if you work out stop by the gym. There’s a Walmart right behind and lots of food options around. 10 minutes away from the airport. There’s also a nice park about 2 mins away. And Mitzi is a great property manager she’s very kind and helpful. The maintenance guys are ALWAYS on top of maintenance request. Great place to live no doubt.

I have lived in this community for 8 years, is a beautiful community with everything so close within walking distance. Mitzi the Apartment Community Manager is amazing, she is very involved with the needs of the residents in the community and is always on top of things when anything is needed. The Maintenance crew is excellent and are always a phone call away for any apartment need. This community is a 10 star to me, is always clean, the landscaping team do a great job with the landscaping and it is a in a save environment, peaceful which is important to me. Is an amazing community, and it’s a wonderful place to come home too. Not to mention is pet friendly. I love it here.

Contacted through zillow to get a tour. Commucated with someone and set a date/ time, i arrived on time (even a bit early) and the office was locked and no one picked up the phone. I then waited 30 minutes, called another 2 times. Was unable to leave a voicemail because the message box was full. I still contacted again through the zillow messages to let them know what happened and after a week no one has even attempted to apologize or reschedule. If this is how people who are actively seeking to lease from them are treated, i can only imagine how neglected the actual tenants who are stuck in a lease are. As much as I wanted to give them the benifit of the doubt, this is clearly not ran in a professional manner and I wouldn't reccomend anyone to seek them out.

Living at the Polos apartment complex for five years has been fantastic! Mitzi, the amazing property manager, is incredibly kind and understanding. The location is great, with Orlando International Airport and shopping plazas nearby. The friendly maintenance workers ensure everything is well-maintained. Highly recommend Polos!

I live here for over a year. It very close and convenient to the supermarket and airport. The property area is kept clean The leasing office Mitzi is attentive also.
