Polk Villas Apartments

Horrible management, the manager thinks she is on top of everyone and makes false accusations on the residents, the handy man argues with the children and there have been multiple complaints about the handy man calling the kids by inappropriate names and even complaints about the same handy man laying his hand on older kids for believing that they are “participating in suspicious activities” yet the manager chooses to ignore these complaints and anyone who makes a complaint gets accused of threatening both the manager and the staff for the simple fact that they have a complaint , they charge for pest control but the play area and other outside areas inside the residence are filled with stray cats and dogs, alongside that they leave a mess. I do not recommend these apartments they will not fix anything on time and they will not clean the apartment like they promised before moving in the A/C will go out every now and then the manager named luz will not work with you whatsoever.

They never fixed anything. The manager was always complaining about stuff that never happened. The landlord never fixed anything and when I would go to the manager to complain about it she will ignore me.

AC CONTROL IT IS SO HOT !!!!! everyone window be open when are they going to fix this smh I have two kids wouldn’t recommend these apartments.

Very bad service they overcharge a lot just for the rent and expect you to pay them for everything, they never fix anything.
