Pointe West

Moving into my first apartment was a big step, and I’m so grateful for the amazing team at Pointe West! Mike is hands down the best and most respectful maintenance guy — he’s always professional, quick to respond, and super kind. Paris was also incredibly helpful throughout my move-in process. Since this was my very first time moving on my own, I had a lot of questions, and Paris made everything smooth and stress-free. Thank you both for making this experience such a positive one!

Paris has been a friendly and helpful manager. She has made many improvements in the short while I have lived here (about 2 months). Shout out to RC as well. We were in a jam and couldn't get to our laundry. He was quick to get on the issue and saved my husband from not having any of his work uniforms for work tomorrow

I want to lead with a glowing review of the office staff. Paris is kind and communicative, and our maintainence guys are fast and skilled. While we have had our ups and downs both here and in other apartments, each manager and every employee here is excellent. Thank you Pointe West!
