Pointe West Apartments

Beware. Do not move here. Noise is off the charts. Dog poo everywhere. Horrible windows and drafty causing huge electric bills. Water bill shared with whole dwelling off the charts high costs. Old musty cabinetry. , too expensive. Just buy a home while prices are down. . Management stinks and can not keep good maintenance people on board. . Dirty pool not sanitary at all. Weeds everywhere very unkept property. Views are ok but not worth it.

5 Stars for management, but 2 stars for the property. Please read entire review. I'll start by saying this property is cheaper than others in Rapid, and for a good reason. The management here is phenomenal, especially Kristin who will always go out of her way and go the extra mile to help assist the residents, as well as the maintenance team. For the things that can be controlled, I would give 5 stars, but for the things that can't be controlled like an old building, I give a mere 2 stars. The buildings are old (updated fixtures and such) but they are old and noisy. If noise is an issue for you, these apartments are not the ones for you. We've had a slew of different neighbors during our time at Pointe West and the noise remains the same. You'll hear every foot step above you, every person

I was out walking my dog who was interested in checking out a truck parked by the garages. Ty, from maintenance was working but stopped to greet me and pet my dog. He was a very friendly fellow and a joy to meet. You have some excellent and friendly people working for you. He needs a raise.🙂

We have had wonderful experiences with Ty! Attention to details and produces results in a timely fashion! Very professional!
