This complex has recently seen the uprising of a new community that loves and cares for its territory. I've been coming here since I was a kid growing up this place was always a scary zone inhabited by some of the most infamous players on the ave! I think our prayers have been answered because I can say this complex has been purged of all negative energies! It's not perfect by any standard it's still a good zoner but the class of humans that lurk represent the right kind of individuals that make these places safer for our society! There is a spiritual war being waged on these streets to eliminate the wrong kind of things that bring the plague and disease. My parents have been going to the office saying our door has been broken ever since we have moved here and it’s been almost a year and no one has came to fix the door. We even reported our window being broken and no one has ever has came to fix the window to the point where my dad had to cover the window up himself with a bag and it’s still not even fixed. The maintenance men walk by everyday and see the window but never do anything. We’ve also been hearing rats here and when they gave us the house it came with roaches nothing was clean we had to spray the house our self. Y’all really need to do better for real out of all the places I’ve lived this is the worst. I’m planning on moving out with my family very soon!

Horrible. Unprofessional. I actually was upset. I went in to get information on an apartment. I was told to sign in. Had no clue what I was signing and I was not even asked if I was a resident or not. They had no brochure . Pool looked ugly dirty and nasty. People standing in the corner selling drugs it looked like. Just horrible. Won’t be looking to move here no longer. Very horrible first impression

Worst apartment ever. Management sucks and always have an attitude. They received my money order to replace my key and it's been a month. Every time I'd go to the office, they always gave me the run around.

No one never showed up made report 4 different time starting Aug1st 2022 it’s now Aug11 2022 A/C still leaking causing mildew. Will be calling a 2nd party to inspect the problem. That Your office fail to fix.
