Pointe North Apartments

We have only been here since September, however I truly love our apartment. When something is wrong maintenance fixes it right away. It is so spacious. They do the neatest little things like when we moved in there was a goody bag on our counter with paper towels, dish detergent, granola bars and other Candy. Beautiful key chain etc. They do something for every holiday and tonight we find a coffee mug on our door with candy in it. So far I really like it here alot. Ashley in the office is so sweet. She makes you want to live here. The woman office manager is nice also. Thank you all for making the move worth it.

I was a tenant from 2023 to 2024, and I want to warn future tenants about unexpected charges related to cleaning. I experienced a charge of over $3,000 solely for cleaning, which ended up on my credit report and negatively affected my credit score. Before moving into this apartment, I read a review stating that there were $1000 charges for a small coffee stain on the carpet. Keeping that in mind, I made sure to maintain a stain-free carpet and bathroom. Despite my efforts, I still faced significant charges. In my past experiences, no other apartment has charged me this much for cleaning. I highly recommend that you think carefully before moving into this facility, or be prepared for what I encountered. I cannot recommend this apartment to anyone; otherwise, you risk facing the same issu

Five years ago we couldn't find a better place to lived. The staff are very nice and respectful people, every time you step in the leasing office welcome you as a family member, when you requested a maintenance work they immediately fix it. The whole complex is very well maintained and also you have Crawford park, Weiss and Wegmans near you.

Pointe North provides a very quiet environment to live. There is no street noise in our loft apartment. The apartments and grounds are well kept and they had a wonderful wine tasting party in the clubhouse a few weeks ago. You definitely get what you pay for! We are happy here! The only drawback is that the kitchen is a little small for our liking.

Ashley did a FANTASTIC job showing off the community. She highlighted all the recent changes done to the common areas, walked me through all my options as a tenant, showed off an apartment that fit my needs, answered all my questions perfectly, and has been a big help in every step of applying and leasing. Looking forward to my time at Pointe North!
