Pointe Grand Warner Robins Apartments

I had a great experience at Pointe Grand Warner Robins. Kimari was extremely helpful throughout the entire application and move-in process. She was always ready to answer any questions and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The move-in process itself was very smooth. The apartment complex is clean, well-maintained, and the amenities are really great. Overall, a wonderful experience so far!

Not something I do often, however I must say Kimari did a fantastic job of making my time feel valued as a potential resident. Her professionalism, attention to detail, her attentiveness to my questions were thorough and very informative. What started as a five-star experience when I first moved in two years ago has unfortunately dropped to a two. - Dog poop is everywhere, including sidewalks. As a responsible dog owner, I always clean up after my pet, so this is especially frustrating. Reviews often mention management’s promises to improve the grounds, but I haven’t seen meaningful changes. - I was overcharged when renewing my lease last year, and it took almost a month for the office to correct it. - There have been many times I’ve tried to speak to someone in person, only to find the office empty. I understand staff may be giving tours, but someone should always be available for residents. - Dumpster access: Twice I had to open the dumpster area for other residents because the door closes in a way that traps people insid

Hey I would love to thank Kamora for being the best leasing manager ever. She is such a sweetheart, has a great spirit you feel very welcomed with her. She doesn't have attitudes she just loving and caring for her residents. Every time I go to see her. She is always doing her job and be making sure things get done. Only if other companies would have a person like her. They will be very happy. Because she is nothing but a hard worker in try her best at everything she does.
