Pointe Grand Timber Ridge Apartments

I toured an apartment at the timber ridge location and my tour guide Kim was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and kind. The fact that she lives in a different pointe grand location and was able to tell me off experience how much she enjoys it what she enjoys from it was refreshing. I am so glad that I got her as my tour guide. She answered all my questions and really gave me the room to tour at my leisure while also still being present and helpful. She is the best!!!!!

Im a new resident and Jessica was a great help. Always happy and very eager to help me i was very pleased with that. And the car show yesterday was fabulous. I brought my kids and they had a blast at the bounce house and face painting. If you can get with Jessica she will help your every need 10/10

The receptionist/our tour guide ‘Kim’ did an exceptional job during our tour at “Point Ridge Apartments”. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely hospitable from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Her warm, attentive demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. It was a great experience, and we sincerely appreciate her outstanding service. Jessica is the real deal! We toured a few weeks ago and fell in love! Jessica answered all of our questions and really knew her stuff! The tour, the atmosphere and the welcoming of Jessica really helped our decision to make Grand Pointe our new home!
