The ladies in the office are amazing! They are all very helpful and hard working! They are down to wary funny, but serious when it comes to doing their work. I could not ask for a better office staff. Laura is amazing. Gretchen is amazing and always working hard. Marissa is also great! Thalia always has a smile on her face! They are all amazing.

UPDATE: I absolutely loved this place. I’m pretty sure Tim gave my tour! Tonya is great as well! Everyone is friendly and this property is TOP TIER! beautiful amenities. Super excited and hope to be approved!! after living here for 5+ months at first I was stoked to live here, since it’s been kinda horrific. As all the other residents have said the staff here is great but the property itself and some of the residents… not so much. My neighbors are constantly arguing, screaming at their kids, watching other peoples dogs that bark all day and night, smoking weed inside their apartment which when you walk through the breezeway or into your own apartment you smell it, storing their things in the breezeway, slamming everything in their house. The experience I am having is incredible, the services are maintenance, garbage and the attention at the frond desk is magnificent. About the internet that was one of the biggest concerns of all, it was solved a long time ago, we currently have 2 internet providers and if one fails the second takes care of it. I think all this has been possible for the great work of the manager of the place Gretchen Rivera who is a wonderful person.

Laura in the office is absolutely horrendous. A walking nightmare. She should not be doing any job that has absolutely anything to do with interacting with people or customer service. I moved in to PG prior to the new office staff being hired. The old office staff was amazing. They were all friendly and did their jobs diligently. If I were to have went into PG and been introduced to the community via Laura, I would have turned around and left running! Every interaction with that woman has been unpleasant. She is extremely unprofessional, extremely. I do not know how she has a job, at least not her current job. The other office staff, I had no issues with, they were all friendly.
