Pointe Grand Reservation Way Apartments

We were honored to meet Ms Alexis Jenkins today. She was an exceptional leasing specialist at Pointe Grand. My mother and father ended up selecting an apartment to live and plan on signing a 2 yr lease with the company.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience touring with Josh! From the moment we arrived he was super cheerful, energetic, and welcoming. He took the time to walk us through everything and explain the apartments and amenities in a way that was really easy to understand. He answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and takes pride in showing people around. The whole tour felt very comfortable and personal, and it really made the experience enjoyable for both of us. Josh did an amazing job!

They had such a welcome presence, and I loved all the amenities including the pickleball court, pool with cabanas and gym that’s open 24 hours. I love how open the space is and how welcoming they are to the community. Would definitely recommend!! Also it’s very family friendly.

Synai was really nice throughout the process of finding an apartment for me and my fiancé, she explain everything so well! That we literally applied tha same day! Thank you Synai for a wonderful experience.
