From the moment I moved in, the staff made the process smooth and welcoming. They are always professional, friendly, and willing to help whenever I have questions or need assistance. The community is very well maintained. The grounds are kept clean, the landscaping always looks nice, and you can tell the management team takes pride in the appearance of the complex. Over the years, we’ve stayed with Point Grand in several locations, including Brunswick, GA, Spartanburg, SC, and now Macon, GA. Our experience at Point Grand of Macon has been exceptional. The customer service and administrative support provided by Jazmine Guajardo truly stand out. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to resolving any issues quickly have been impressive and greatly appreciated. I’ve lived here since August 2024 and it has been a great experience. The office staff is incredibly friendly and communicates well. The property itself is well maintained. I haven’t had to put in many maintenance requests because this is a newer complex, but anytime something small has come up, Franklin from maintenance has been amazing. He’s super friendly and always takes care of things right away. Overall, it’s been a really positive place to live and I appreciate how well everything is run here. Highly recommend.

MOLD AND MUSHROOMS Issues with incompetence and maintenance entering apartment without notice, consent, and entering without leaving notice of entry which violates lease. When asked if a phone call can be made to communicate management states it is not their responsibility to coordinate with us the tenets. The staff is unqualified to provide basic communication skills. Maintenance on property is none existent and many orders take over 3 weeks to be addressed and some residents have even struggled with AC for months. No issues will be addressed a generic response will follow with no effort from the staff to be better they will just beg for reviews from people who tour the apartment because they can’t address the people who live here. If I could give 10 stars I would. Not only was Malyia incredible from the moment I toured, but she, Erica, & Lou went above and beyond to be accommodating and make my move-in perfect. My apartment was spotlessly clean, brand new washer & dryer, brand new shower heads, & they were all so friendly. As someone who worked in property management for 5+ years, this is just outstanding resident service.
